Brioche Sub Rolls
Gluten free, vegan brioche style sub rolls.
This soft, tasty bread has been baked using millet, quinoa and sourdough, and contains a source of copper which helps to keep the immune system working normally*. It’s also packed with nutritious gluten-free grains, including flax and sunflower seeds, is high in fibre and tastes delicious!
Maize starch, water, sourdough 14% (rice flour, water), rice starch, vegetable fibre (psyllium), rice syrup, sunflower oil, soya flakes, sunflower seeds 2,1%, millet flour 2%, flaxseeds 1,9%, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; quinoa flour 1,3%, yeast 1,3%, rice flour 1,3%, soya protein, soya bran, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodide), poppy seeds 0,6%, chia seeds 0,6% (Salvia hispanica), honey. May contain traces of lupin, sesame and mustard.
