Preparation
Preparation of the Cutizza:
Beat the eggs and mix well in a cup with the salt; add the Schär Flour Foodservice Mix and the Schär Rice Flour and mix them, gradually adding milk, water and raisin wine until a creamy dough is obtained.
Heat the oil and pour in the batter, frying it on both sides until golden brown. Dab the Cutizza with absorbent kitchen paper and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Preparation of the apple compote:
Peel the apple and simmer on a low heat, together with the water, butter, cinnamon, sugar and raisin wine.
When ready, let the apple compote cool down and serve it with the Cutizza.
