Sweet-and-sour Savoiardi Ladyfingers

Ingredients

capers

green olives
as desired

bay leaves
1 pinch
oregano
1 tbsp
white vinegar
2 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp
water
1 pinch
pepper

Preparation

Cut the leek into slices  and cook in the water with oil, bay leaves, capers, olives, pine nuts and vinegar, until tender. Leave to cool and add Schär Breadcrumbs.

 

Squeeze juice from the orange and lemon, add a little salt and quickly wet the Schär Savoiardi Ladyfingers. 

 

Place each ladyfinger on a plate and pour the leek mixture over it; add a pinch of oregano, chopped pepper and anchovies. Finally, garnish with the orange and lemon peels.
